These terms cover your use of Cuebit. Cuebit is an information service from Pickel Fintech: it watches events and notifies you when one meets an alert you set. Using Cuebit means you accept what follows.
What Cuebit is
Cuebit reports what sources say about events and links to the original report. It is information, not investment advice, not a recommendation to trade, and not real-time market data. What you do with it is your decision.
Your account
You sign in with a one-tap link sent to your email, so keep access to that inbox secure. Use a real address you control, keep your account to yourself, and do not try to reach anyone else's. You are responsible for what happens through your account.
Plans and billing
Cuebit is free to start. Pro is a flat monthly price, shown before you subscribe and charged in advance through our payment processor. Pro renews automatically each month until you cancel. If a price changes, we will tell you before it applies to you.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel Pro yourself at any time from your account. Cancelling takes effect right away: you return to the free plan and we stop future charges. Payments already made are not refunded, including for the rest of a month you have started.
Using it fairly
Cuebit is for your own use. Do not resell, republish or redistribute the briefs, scrape or overload the service, probe or try to break it, or use it to break the law. The developer API needs a separate key and agreement.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Cuebit accurate and running, but we cannot promise it never misses an event, is never wrong, or is always available. We may add, change or retire features, and we may update these terms; any change is posted here.
Liability
Cuebit is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Pickel Fintech is not liable for any loss arising from your use of Cuebit or from relying on it, including an alert that is late, missed, duplicated or incorrect. Nothing here limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
